A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company

A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is going to be held on Monday, 10th May, 2010 at its Head and Corporate Office to, inter alia, consider and take on record audited financial results, both on stand alone and consolidated basis, for financial year ended on 31st March, 2010 and to recommend payment of dividend, if any, for said financial year.
