Range of Flocon Slide Gate Systems:

Model 3150 - Popular model for mini-mills. Bore upto 38mm and 76mm stroke.

 

Model 4200 - Bore upto 50 mm and 114 mm stroke.

Model 6300 - Bore upto 75 mm and 152 mm stroke.

Model 1406 - Bore upto 63 mm and 145 mm stroke.

The Gate Valve Plates are supplied ready to use in Alumina, Alumina-Carbon, Alumina-Zircon-Carbon, Alumina Magnesia Spinel and Magnesia-Carbon qualities.

Advanced cement and insert repair techniques, provide optimum cost benefit leading to highly efficient cost per ton operation.

Spring development has led to the use of finest heat resistant coil springs and now all the latest systems use thermo-dynamic elements which are gas filled springs for most reliable operation for long teeming times. The current spring configuration is fully encircling at both teeming and shut-off positions.
